Anyway, it is a very musical -ish movie with lots of singing and dancing...
the story was ok... but the meaning behind it, is great and meaningful!!


Like "saving the earth" kind?


However, they have all the cute characters in it that probably you wouldn't wanna miss!! Really damn cute!!!

So....... This movie is indeed funny!!

When I first saw the movie trailer in cinemas, I've already wanting to WATCH~

Come on.... its starring the 2 comedians: BEN STILLER & EDDIE MURPHY !!!  I love their movies~ they are so hilarious, and NOW..... they are both in the movie!!! *ting ting - double point*

I find it rather draggy in the introduction part that did not catch my attention... *opppx.... I'm actually day dreaming* BUT....when the revengeful mind started, it is just so FUNNY!! and nice~ 

Even though it is predictable... BUT it is still eggciting !! The planning.... the learning of becoming thief and most importantly their first attempts of stealing!!! It is just so funny~

You guys should catch it~ =D

To be honest I'm neither a fan of boxing nor robots. BUT...... this movie is just awesome!!!! *ya i know i repeated trice* but its really damn good!!! Especially ATOM!!! *below*

  

This robot is small and it is not a fighting robot with very weak features~

BUT it has a special power !! Want to know more??!?!

Overall this game is average and no brain-er... Just that I'm a little lazy and impatient in completing it. I dislike the fact of finding the answers... *come on make it easier lah* or maybe have all the answers in a website!!!  LOL... But come to think about it, it is finding the answers that make me know more about the movie and robot boxing!!!

World Invasion:Battle Los Angeles * movie review*

Yesterday, met up with pipi and dede to visit OAKHAMMARKET and this is my first time been there. They sell quite alot of vintage stuff/clothings and all are at very affordable prices!! Nice and cheap!!!

Just beside it, there is a shop named kinki??? They also sell lotsa vintage stuff and POLAROIDS CAMERAS!!! not the modern types but the lao pok pok types~ *eyes sparkles*

From there i bought a purple Casio watch @$25 (X got the same one when he was very young and he got it at $25 too!! well the price did not drop!)



and we headed down town to catch World Invasion:Battle Los Angeles !!


I tell you, this movie is DOPE SHIT!!!!! Simply COOL~

When the moment their ass are off their comfort zone to fight against those freaky aliens, there are simply no moments of rest!! Literately, I'm so on my guard for them. LOL~ the enemies is like 10 times stronger than mankind? and I've never so nervous while watching like a damned MOVIE??!?

At the back of my mind i know that they will succeed (movies are like that ALL THE TIME) but there will always "never ending" aliens especially their space ship!! IT'S BOMBASTIC!!!

I'm a very sentimental person..... This is a movie of sacrifices and i cried in some of their scenes~ this time round i will not be a bitch and spoil people mood. Good if you've watch it and understand which are the scenes i meant. For those who don't better CATCH IT NOW!!!

Hmmmm.... This movie is GOOD!! Not as boring as i thought it might be~

There are so many moments that i busted out my laughter without thinking about my etiquette.. Wahahahahahaha.... Because its simply, HILARIOUS~ I felt so good and happy watching it!! I felt so "fluffy" LOL~ like how Harrison Ford said so.

To be honest, its the type of movie that appeals to girls and not guys~

So if you want to watch it, watch it with a bunch of girlfriends!! it will definitely be a wonderful companion where you just laugh out loud!!!

ME LIKE!!! 4 STARS~

I enjoyed watching it and had a great laugh except that there is this bitch seating beside me annoying me thorough out the whole screening. Well maybe she is not local (maybe from china?) she seems like she did not understand a single thing and keeps on checking on her f*cking phone, looking into her facebook~ Like....DUH?!?!?! the lights from her phone is simply IRRITATING ME!!!

CUT the "pissed off" moments aside and remember to

TUA SEH KAI movie review~

I was still having my CNY break and we decided to watch Tua Seh Kai ( it's a great great world) !!! I always want to catch it ever since i watched the "in the making" of this movie and know that is about a legendary amusement park of Singapore.


Well obviously I'm not from that era but i definitely love watching movies that is connected with the past~

" IT'S A GREAT GREAT WORLD is set in Singapore's legendary amusement park - Great World, which was also affectionately known in Hokkien as Tua Seh Kai or . Spanning the 1940s to the present day, the film tells the stories of a multitude of characters who lived, worked, played, sang, danced and fell in love in Great World. "

Booked the tix the day before, its rather hot selling~ Hah.... *to the elderly*

It was my first time watching movie during weekdays at 1.15 pm and yet it is still FULL HOUSE. When we went in the cinema, surprising, WE ARE THE YOUNGEST AMONG ALL!!!

The cinema was packed with the elderly, aunties,uncles. I guess they like to reminiscing the past when great world is still around~


Anyway, thou I do not know how was it like in the past but it is really interesting to know and realize from this movie!! The mixture and the use of dialects made it very heartwarming-ly funny..imagine it is all spoken with mandarin, it will definitely look fake and boring~

ME LIKE!!!! 5 STARS~

Learn and feel lots of things while watching, compared to us ( the current generation), its of world of difference. Naively, i feel, if we could remain some of the past characteristic and thinking in that era, wouldn't it be nice ??!?! 人人为我，我为人人 ....

Overall, its a watchable movie if you are interested to know more about the past (there are also photography of the past to add the taste!!!) !!!

Coincidentally, during the CNY visit later in the night, nai nai (ting's granny) told me that, her 相亲 with her hubby was at GREAT WORLD!!! and she told me her story of the 相亲 ....See, how nice! I do not know how could i describe my love for knowing the past of singapore and people.... It is just basically SO INTERESTING compared to NOW!!!! *guess i belonged to that era*

How to train your dragon

Went to watch "How to train your dragon" with xiang and bestie in 3D on sat!!!

Wah....damn cute lah...and nice~ i especially love toothless...so cute and adorable...just like a jumping dog...

i think it is quite motivated...and the graphics not bad too...

It's a coincident when me and poh watching the movie at cathay and chi chi watching the same movie around the similar timing at tampines....But of course she got mad of me not asking her along...HAHA...i do not know why i did not ask her along...lol...*maybe i do not want to see your face lah~*

anyway overall rated this movie 4/5...
